The Thomas Retzer (SEAL) Memorial Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to carrying on the memory of IC1 (SEAL) Thomas Eugene Retzer.

Who is IC1 (SEAL) Thomas Retzer

IC1 (SEAL) Thomas Retzer was a US Navy SEAL killed while serving in Afghanistan in 2003.

Support for Veterans

Thomas Retzer came from a military family. His grandfather served in the US Navy during World War 2, his father retired from the US Navy, and all of his brothers served. As well as many other family members. To carry his memory assistance is available to veterans in need.

Scholarships

Thomas Retzer was a devote athlete in his youth. He graduated from Mt. Whitney High School in Visalia, CA. While attending Mt. Whitney High School Tom heavily involved in sports. His top sports were cross country and wrestling. In carrying his memory a scholarship is available to high school athletes in Tulare County who are about to enter college.
